Happy Homecoming Day Logan!

We met Logan 11 1/2 weeks before we were supposed to...
Our long NICU stay made us realize just what a tough kiddo we had made!  We also learned that prayers get answered, we have an amazing support group of friends and family, and we are stronger than we could have ever imagined.

After 70 LONG days we brought our little man home for the first time.  November 19th is the day that we were united as a family under one roof!  We celebrate it by doing something special as a family!

We are so lucky that Logan has continued to grow and develop without any long term effects from his prematurity!  At his 5 year well child check he weighs in at 50.5 lbs and is in the 90th percentile.  He is 45.5 inches tall (almost 4 foot!) and is between the 90-95th percentile.  I would say he caught up to his peers!

It is hard to believe that five years has past since the day we brought our first baby home!  He is our miracle man and we are blessed beyond measure to celebrate with him today!  this year he understands what this day is all about and he has been telling anyone who will listen!  We are heading to pick daddy up for dinner and then playtime at Dave and Busters!  Happy homecoming LJ!
